The school is run by the management team which consists of the 3 Phase Heads and the Business Manager, assisted by an active, passionate Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees consists of 14 Trustees including 2 Phase Heads and 2 ex-Officio members. The Chairman of the Board, Vice-Chairman and Treasurer meet regularly with the Management Committee and termly Board meetings are held.

IT Junior Support Technician

(Full Time)

Thomas More College wishes to recruit a passionate and committed person to fulfil the role as IT Junior Support Technician

The ideal candidate is someone who has:

  • Be a self-motivator and be able to work independently & proactively.
  • Have an understanding & passion for IT in an Education Environment.
  • Assists students, teachers and administration staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
  • Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment e.g. Microsoft, Android and Apple platforms.
  • Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems.
  • Provide Sound support to Assemblies and other events.
  • Apply updates e.g. Microsoft, Android and App
  • Have strong people skills – work efficiently with management, staff and children.

  • Must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings;
  • Cooking experience required;
