AEU

The A.E.U. serves as a learning support or counselling support for any Thomas More pupil, parent or staff members. This includes aided-learning in the form of Remedial lessons, speech and occupational therapy, language enrichment, study skills, homework supervision, and psychogical support to any of the members of TMC.

TRANSPORT SCHEDULE

Application to travel on the School Bus - 2012 forms are available from Suzanne Hofmeyr, Tel: 031-7648643. The cost of the bus fare is R1945 per term for each child. This cost may be increased when necessary. The cost of the pass covers the daily return trip and no reduction in price is possible if your child only travels one way, or if he/she does not use the bus regularly.

In order to comply with regulations, we are limited to carrying 66 passengers. Please note that the following times are an estimate only. Traffic conditions can cause delays.

Please note that pupils who are not registered as regular users of the school bus service must call the school in advance if they wish their child to travel. Please call Mrs. Marais at Reception, so that the driver can be informed, otherwise the child will not be allowed to board the bus. Please note also that the cost of the journey will be added to your account.

COFFEE SHOPPE

The Coffee Shoppe operates out of The Robin Savory Pavilion from 7:30 to 15:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday from 7.30 to 14.30, during school term time only. It is also open on Saturdays during some of the sporting events.

Parents are welcome but it is unfortunately not open to pupils, excepting when in company of their parents. Only the matrics are welcome after school.

Why not pop around to The Coffee Shoppe to take in the fresh air and enjoy a cuppa or a coffee. Lovely lunchtime treats available. So come round and see what is on the menu! Pippa and Joyce look forward to your company.
